USHER TICKET GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Usher Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, attorneys, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when the Giveaway post is published on Sponsor’s official Facebook page and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 18, 2026.

Sponsor’s records will be the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during the Giveaway Period:

1. Visit the official Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz Facebook page (facebook.com/ohiotiger); and
2. Comment on the pinned Usher Giveaway post with your favorite Usher song.

No purchase is necessary.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments or entries by the same individual will not increase that person’s chances of winning. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, submitted through multiple or fictitious accounts, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.

The song identified in an entry has no effect on the entrant’s chances of winning.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets with VIP early access to see Usher at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

The prize consists solely of the two event tickets unless otherwise expressly stated by Sponsor. Transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages, and all other expenses associated with attending the event are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize has no cash redemption value and may not be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about October 21, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner through Facebook, including by reply to the winning comment and/or direct message, as available.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within 12 hours of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 24 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor may require proof of age, identity, and residency before awarding the prize.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, relocation, performer change, or other modification of the concert or event. Any use of the tickets is subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions imposed by the ticket issuer, venue, promoter, and event organizer.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and/or social media username for purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the Giveaway without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, manipulate the Giveaway, use multiple or fictitious accounts, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and acknowledge that Sponsor’s decisions concerning the administration of the Giveaway are final.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, attorneys, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Facebook Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, each entrant acknowledges that Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the Giveaway and releases Facebook and Meta from claims arising from or relating to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Meta.
