Nicole Hatton

Prior to joining Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz, Nicole worked as a judicial clerk for the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court while in law school and then after graduation as a staff attorney for Ohio’s Second District Court of Appeals for five years. Nicole received her undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law with honors. While attending law school, Nicole was chosen for the Law Review, where she was a member of the editorial board. Additionally, she received a CALI Excellence award for her accomplishments in Evidence. Currently, Nicole manages the firm’s legal research and writing division.

Nicole is licensed in Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
