Attorney Ben Felton joined the Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz team in 2012 where he focuses his practice on Personal Injury. Prior to joining, Ben worked as a law clerk for the firm’s legal research and writing division. Ben received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University where he co-founded and served as Vice President of the Mock Trial Association. Ben has since served as an assistant coach for the Mock Trial Team. In 2012, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. While attending law school, Ben received CALI Excellence Awards in Discovery Techniques and Civil Trial Practice.
Ben also served as a member of the law school’s Mock Trial Team. Ben is licensed in Ohio and Indiana and practices in the area of Personal Injury.
